Travel Grants

The Southern College Health Association offers travel grants, as the Budget allows, to support SCHA conferences. The purpose of the travel grant program is:

  • To encourage broader participation for college health professionals who are from small schools or schools with limited travel budgets
  • To assist those who have been accepted to present a program or a poster but cannot afford to travel

Up to $1,000.00 may be reimbursed for conference related travel and registration. A limit of no more than two (2) travel grants shall be awarded to any school annually. The Board will not be able to award a travel grant to every member that requests support, but we do strongly encourage you to apply.

Completed travel grant applications must be received by january 10 of each year.
